Transformed from a previous car repair building, this complete gut rehab combines two existing and disheveled looking buildings into one, unified and clearly composed car center offering clean and easily recognizable function and brand recognition.
Our job was to meet with the owner, The Autobarn Group, then with Nissan Corporate to layout schematic design requirements. Stage two was to receive Design Intent Drawings (DID) from Nissan Corporate and make a complete set of ready to build and ready for permit architectural construction documents. We oversaw construction per our drawings and specifications and were available for meetings and problem solving related to construction.
Materials: Epoxy coated concrete floors, commercial carpet, commercial grade tile, aluminum storefront window systems, metal panel systems, metal louver system.
